Reviews seem to be all over the place on this one. Here's my take. This is a old fashioned burger joint with a good selection. The food is affordable. It's always busy, especially the drive thru. I'd recommend going inside for your to-go food. I think it would be quicker from what I've seen. They do a good job of keeping up with the crowd, though the drive through experience looks a little odd. When we come here, we're usually surprised at how affordable it is and how much we enjoy the food. The staff has usually been friendly and the service has always been good. This place is old and run down, but it reminds me of places I went as a kid. We're happy to have it as an option, especially after being charged 13 for a single burger (no meal) at Whataburger (We won't be going back).

Ordered a double cheeseburger, a chicken salad sandwich, sweet potato fries and seasoned curly fries. When I tell you that double was a beast! Perfectly cooked beef, not greasy at all. Just right! Must stop spot from now on!

They have the best burgers for the price! I got a double-cheese bacon burger for 5, which was really good. There was no one inside and the wait outside wasn't that long. The inside had plenty of seating but the interior was a bit outdated. Overall a good experience.

We got a hamburger, bacon cheeseburger, couple drinks, curly fries, onion rings and a small chocolate malt. Everything was very good. We ate it outside while a study stream of cars drove by. One stopped and asked us how it was. He drove all the way from Houston to try it. So did we. We overheard another family eating near us say that this was the first time they had eaten there also. Before Biden prices. Definitely recommend it. Staff was great and helpful.

Dairy Bar is undoubtedly one of the finest burgers I've had in some time. The patties are thick, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The onion rings and fries were perfectly crispy, excellent portioned, and downright delicious. On top of the incredible food, the prices were incredible! This is a genuinely reasonably priced place to eat. It took me back to a time before all the screens and inflation. Do yourself a favor and stop here for a good eat. And keep places like this around and in business. We need them.

Dairy Bar has THE best burgers in Brenham. They're juicy and thick. The fries are tasty too. For 2025 when everything around to eat costs an arm and a leg, this place has a great price and the quality is excellent!!! I've noticed that they do one heck of a business and now I see why.

If you are looking for a big, delicious, hand-crafted burger made by an attentive and friendly staff, at a FRACTION of the cost of the big chain restaurants, look no further! This was our first time stopping by the Dairy Bar and in DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Our whole family loved the burgers! And the shakes are great, too! 10/10 recommend!!

Wow, great burgers and a delicious shake -- I ordered the double meat burger that was huge , fried okra was crispy and fresh and cooked perfectly -- AC was blasting cool air , a big plus in the Texas heat
